Important Notice for PTCE Applicants

Admission to the Prop Trust Certified Expert (PTCE) program is highly selective. Before applying, please ensure you meet the baseline requirements:

Active judicial expert license or equivalent professional certification in your jurisdiction.
Minimum of 5 years of documented experience in real estate, construction, naval, or related forensic fields.
Willingness to undergo a background check and sign the PTVS Code of Ethics.

Incomplete applications or those lacking verifiable professional credentials will not be processed.
