Question 4

What is the PTVS v1.0 standard?

Accepted Answer

PTVS v1.0 (Prop Trust Verified Standard) is the first European deterministic physical verification standard for tokenized assets. Published with an academic DOI at CERN/Zenodo (10.5281/zenodo.21923530), it combines Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), SHA-256 hashing, eIDAS 2.0 Qualified Electronic Signatures, and smart contracts to solve the 'Physical Oracle Gap' in RWA tokenization.

Accepted Answer

The Founding 50 Cohort is the inaugural group of 50 judicial experts who will receive the PTCE certification with a 40% discount (€1,497 instead of €2,500). Members gain additional benefits: lifetime renewal discounts, priority access to institutional audits, and voting rights in PTVS standard governance.

Question 6

Is the course online or in-person?

Accepted Answer

The course is primarily online and asynchronous, allowing experts to complete the 40 hours at their own pace within a maximum of 90 days. It includes live practical workshops and access to the PTVS Sandbox for simulations. The final exam is also conducted online with proctoring.

Question 7

What do I receive upon completing the certification?

Accepted Answer

Upon passing the final exam with an 80% or higher, you receive: (1) A digital PTCE certificate with a unique serial number, (2) A publicly verifiable on-chain badge (Soulbound Token), (3) Activation of your profile in the Public Expert Registry at proptrustverified.com/experts, and (4) Access to the RWA audit network with an 85/15 revenue split.

Question 8

What is the 85/15 revenue split?

Accepted Answer

The 85/15 revenue split model means the PTCE expert retains 85% of the fees from each audit, while the PTVS network retains 15% to cover Quality Assurance (QA), specialized legal support, technological infrastructure, and institutional marketing. All transactions are managed transparently via Stripe Connect.
